The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 2566 – “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §19-36-1, relating to requiring all state-funded institutions to grow or purchase a minimum of twenty percent of fresh produce from in-state producers, provided the fresh produce is available from in-state producers at equal or lesser cost.”
